Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation, refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the stipulations outlined in the service agreement. We understand the importance of timely refunds and pledge to expedite the refund process within a reasonable timeframe but it will take maximum of 5-7 working days to refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account . Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions based on the cancellation charges incurred.

Therefore, the stage of the project will be carefully considered when determining applicable charges. Should the project already be in progress, cancellation charges may encompass expenses associated with work completed thus far, including but not limited to development hours, software licenses, and third-party services procured on your behalf.
